Traffic is not only a problem in the States, but in all different areas of the world. The solutions that the article suggest seem to be appropriate solutions, but I think that it is going to be a long time before the world starts using these solutions. I also think that there should be a lot of experimentation that goes on before these systems are applied so that they are 100% helping traffic and not making it worse, because that would make things much worse, and I am sure a lot of people will be angered if these systems don't work.
