Although some analysts perceive globalization as a positive trend for our economic world today, there are several disadvantages towards it. Using skilled workers from central Asian countries or other countries with large amount of workforce may be beneficial for both employers and employees. Employing workers from countries such as China and India can cut the cost by more than half for maintenance and it also influence foreign investments within the country. However, the issue of integrity is often question by the public. Because values of information are essential towards reviewing evidences and records in the medical world, one must have an excellent knowledge of the English language which can be an obstacle if employers employ skilled workers from country that do not use English as the main language. Thus, this affects the accuracy of information, which can ultimately affect others in a negative way. In this case, the future health of patients are heavily depended upon operation records and therefore, the data must be flawless.

Hospital and medical database requires a high amount of integrity and accuracy since a small mistake could be critical to the patient's health. Countries that are economically set back send their data to be typed up outside the country and that results in the lack of integrity since the people who type it up are do not know in detail what happened to the patient and can only rely on what is given to them, which might not be complete.

So the result of this issue is the lack of reliability in for the hospital since a wrong medicine or diagnosis could be given to the patient. In addition, privacy could be another issue as personal data of the patients could be sent to anonymous people.

The issue discussed in this article is the issue of reliability and integrity. Reliability is in the point of view of the patients because they're information is being outsourced to people in India, South Africa and etc, and these people are not recorded the information properly or accurately. The issue of integrity is in the point of view of the hospitals because the medical data errors are reflecting the hospital in a bad way. The doctors are making the hospital look bad and unreliable by outsourcing information to people who are not equipped with the knowledge to report on this information. Medical data errors could have serious consequences on the health of the patient because of the information is recorded is wrong and that could effect their health because the doctors don't have adequate information on the patients

There are couple of ethical issues associated with this article..Some include integrity issue over the outsourced data to Asian countries. It's the person with the health problem that has his/her life at stake, outsourcing data with errors can cause a reliability issue over the professionalization of hospitals and doctors. With brings us to another issue include reliability over the hospitals following this procedure of outsourcing medical data to cut costs for their hospital. How will people rely on this type of hospitals if medical data errors are seen from the outsourced data. Globalization is also another issue in this article, outsourcing files to other countries, have enabled to take over the gap between countries, just like one of the section in "The World Is Flat".

This article addresses the issue of integrity. The data entered into these databases has to be accurate. Outsourcing this data to other countries affects the accuracy of the data to a great extent. People far away from the issue might not have the same level of education (in languages or sciences etc) and might not be up to date with the information. They will not have accurate information and could make minor mistakes - which could affect the patients to a great extent.

Patient care is what comes first when it comes to doctors doing their jobs at hospitals. It is understandable that medical reports can be sent to third world countries in order to be typed up using cheap labour but what needs to be taken into consideration that is it worth using technology in such a way which actually puts patient care at risk as errors can be caused? This is a question of reliability as the patient's life and medical treatment could be at risk using such modes of technology. Data accuracy is the key to sucess in this area as wrong data could lead to wrong treatments which could have harmful effects.

The issue of reliability and integrity in medical databases is one of major importance int eh world today. This is due to the fact that in today's world hospitals don't treat the patient as an individual instead they treat the patients in groups hence the use of databases. if there's an error in a database doctors may use incorrect treatments which may result in death. some countries which are not economically able to do so will send there information to another country, however this solution may also cause more issues due to the fact that information may be lost when it is sent over borders.

The article discusses the issue of integrity and rliebility. The issueof the intgrity mentioned in the article is the hospital's point of view. This is because the hospital is being reflected by the medical data error in a bad way. Reliability on the other hand is the point of view of the patients because the information is being outsources to people in India and other places. Medical data errors are very serious since they can have a horrible consequences for the health of the patients since it can affect their health.

All the hospitals and medical cares should be extra careful with what they are doing. It is a matter of reliability. This is because any small mistake or fault can cause damage to the patient. The information that is discovered is not put into the database correctly.
Therefore if a lack of accuracy was found, it can cause problems to the patient and to the hospital's reputation as well. By outsourcing information to other people, it would not please the patients because there is a lack of privacy and therefore the information would go to different countries and anonymous people.

an issue of integrity is more likely to be raised in this article. employing employees from countries with large population like chine and India would benefit employers since it will reduce the cost by a huge amount. integrity is an issue here. however, most of those who are employed with low cost, do not have a good knowledge, whether in the medical area or in terms of having a good fluent english language. interpreting information in a wrong way might cause huge problems and might risk human life. for example mistaking high blood pressure for low blood pressure or vice versa is a huge problem. one solution would be to get more professional employees who would do the job right, however they'd take higher cost. another solution would be training those low cost workers to make them more professional, this might cost but not as much as getting other higher cost workers.
